The Lovers is an experimental short film that illustrates from a personal perspective the poem “Los Amorosos” by Jaime Sabines (Mexico, 1995) through shapes and landscapes.

Shapes In The City
Shapes Of The City was born as a work of analog color photography. The original print appears in the center, where the Torre Latinoamericana can be seen. Over time, the collage was completed with different scenes from Mexico City and other places in Mexico using digital techniques.

Shapes Of The City (Las fromas de la ciudad) nació como un trabajo de fotografía analógica a color. La impresión original aparece en el centro, donde se puede ver la Torre Latinoamericana. Con el tiempo, el collage se completó con diferentes escenas de la Ciudad de México y otros lugares de México utilizando técnicas digitales.
Different Women, Different Bodies
Different Women, Different Bodies is a collection of collages based on feminine archetypes: the Amazon, the lover, the wise, and the strategist. This work was inspired by reading 1000 Nudes: A History of Erotic Photography from 1839-1939. A combination of the beauty and the unknown of eroticism to re-signifying the beauty of the nudes through color and shapes.

Different Women, Different Bodies (Diferentes mujeres, Diferentes Cuerpos) es una colección de collages basados en arquetipos femeninos: la amazona, la amante, la sabia y la estratega. Esta obra surgió de la lectura de 1000 desnudos: una historia de la fotografía erótica de 1839 a 1939. Una combinación de la belleza y lo desconocido del erotismo para resignificar la belleza del desnudo a través del color y las formas.
